Shipment architecture

Logistics Parameters & Trade Documentation

01

Contract & Supply Planning

For a contracted program, volume assumptions, booking windows and commercial review points can be agreed in advance. Final availability and pricing remain subject to the accepted order and applicable crop and processing conditions.

02

Container Loading Specifications

Standard ocean shipments can be routed via Mundra or Kandla Port in 20-foot Full Container Loads (FCL), subject to carrier acceptance and final booking.

  • Palletized planning range: approximately 20 to 22 metric tons on properly marked, ISPM 15-compliant heat-treated pallets.
  • Loose-cargo planning range: approximately 24 to 25 metric tons in 25 kg multi-wall paper bags with protective inner PE liners.
03

Incoterms & Payment Structures

Quotations can be structured under FOB, CFR or CIF Incoterms 2020, selected to match the buyer’s freight and insurance responsibilities. For approved new counterparties, a 100% confirmed, irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight can be considered, with bank acceptability, documentary conditions and discrepancy handling agreed before order acceptance.

These are planning parameters, not a standing offer or performance guarantee. Final payload, routing, schedule, price, Incoterm allocation and payment conditions are confirmed in the signed contract and carrier booking.
